Short answer, NO!
Due to liquor and venue licensing restrictions, no official events at GEAR’d 2026 will allow Sex on Premises. We are committed to creating a fun, safe, and compliant environment for all attendees while respecting the regulations of our venues.
Is nudity allowed at GEAR'd?
GEAR’d is an inclusive event, and we encourage attendees to express themselves freely. Nipples and bare arses are fine; however, we do require all genitals to always remain covered within the venue. This ensures a respectful and welcoming environment for everyone while adhering to venue policies.

What is the photo policy at GEAR'd?
There will be an official photographer at all events and event photos will be published post GEAR’d.
If you do not want to appear in event photos, you can request a coloured wristband to alert the photographer not to photograph you. If you are accidentally captured, the wristband will also identify you during editing so any images showing you can be permanently deleted and will not be published.
Personal photos are welcome; however, consent MUST be granted from everyone in the photo (Including the background).
