ABOUT AL&F

First formed as ‘Adelaide Leathermen’, Adelaide Leather & Fetish was created in 2016 as a formalised leather social group. The first president of Adelaide Leathermen was long time leather community leader Bryan Thalbourne.

AL&F is run by a committee of dedicated volunteer kinksters who strive to build our vibrant community through monthly social events, education and Adelaide’s premiere fetish weekend, GEAR’d.

GEAR’d, an all inclusive fetish event weekend centred around community connection, title competitions and dance parties was first held in 2017 and has been a highlight of the national kink calendar every year
since, with the exception of 2020 due to COVID lockdowns.

Title Competitions

The Australian Leather & Fetish (AL&F) organization proudly hosts the annual Leather and Rubber Title competitions, a celebration of strength, identity, and leadership within the fetish community. These events are more than contests—they are a platform for discovering and supporting future community leaders who embody the values of authenticity and advocacy. Learn about past titleholders, their inspiring journeys, and their contributions to our community.
